ORDER

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to shop at The Viet Concept by checking out as a guest. However, having an account means exclusive member benefits including sales and VIP offers, new season previews and new additions updates, saving your wishlist items, saving your address and payment details for fast checkout, easy order tracking and updates and much more.

How will I know if TVC has received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to inform you that your order has been received. However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. If paying by payment card or PayPal, your order will only be accepted once your card details or PayPal payment have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items are located and shipped. From here, you will then receive a second e-mail from us confirming your order. In the event of a problem, however, you will quickly be informed and your payment will not be processed. 

Is there a cost for duties and tax?

Tax and duties are already included in the price, so there are no additional costs. 

An item I want is out of stock, when will it become available again?

All items do come back in stock, items will be back in 30 days. To keep track, simply add the item to your wishlist and check the New In section every 27th of the month for all new additions.

How can I place an order without creating an account?

To place an order without an account, enter your e-mail on the checkout page. This will not create an account for you, it will simply allow us to stay in touch with you for your order.

However, creating an account will make your orders and account management easier, in addition to saving your wishlist on your account so that you can access it on any device, sharing your wishlist, saving your addresses and processing any requests more easily.

Is there any shipping fee?

We offer complimentary shipping in UAE. Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process based on your delivery location.

  • UAE: Free
  • UAE Cash On Delivery: 40 AED
  • GCC: 47 AED
  • Rest of the world: 74 AED
How long does shipping take?

Please see the delivery timelines below for each country:

  • UAE: 2-hour delivery in Dubai and 2-3 business days delivery across the UAE.
  • GCC: 2-4 business days.
  • Rest of the world: 5-7 business days.
How can I track my order?

To track your order, please visit My Orders under More on the app or My Account on desktop. You will see the status of your order as Ordered, Shipped or Delivered.

How will I know when the item has been shipped?

You will receive an Email, WhatsApp informing you once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse through Aramex, our logistic partner. 

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been paid for and processed by The Viet Concept, it cannot be canceled. However, you're welcome to explore our Returns & Exchanges policy for guidance on returning your order if necessary.

How do I change my delivery address or scheduled delivery date?

Please get in touch with our Care Team through WhatsApp or Email and have your Order ID and the correct address ready. We will look into your request and get back to you within 24 hours. 

How do I track my order?

To track your order, visit My Orders on My Account. You will see the status of your order as Ordered, Shipped or Delivered. 

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally.

Do you offer express delivery services?

Yes, we do provide express delivery options for customers who require their orders to be delivered quickly. You can select this option during checkout for faster delivery.

How can I track the shipment of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through our website or the shipping carrier's website.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE

I have received a wrong/damaged item.

Refunds are exclusively provided for items demonstrating manufacturing faults. Nonetheless, we're delighted to assist you with returns or exchanges for your item. Please get in touch with our Care Team through WhatsApp or Email and have your Order ID.

How can I return a product?

As soon as you've decided you'd like to return, you have 14 days from the date you received your order.

Returns are extremely easy and simple. Just follow these steps: Visit "My Account" via desktop Click on your specific order. Press the "Return" button and add the reason for your return. For orders outside the UAE, continue by selecting your pick-up date, time, and place, then submit your request.

Or you can simply send us a message through our WhatsApp with your order ID for further assistance.

I have exceeded the 14 days, can I still get a refund?

As per our policy, the eligible items can be returned up to 14 days only.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our hassle-free return/exchange policy allows you to initiate returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please review our comprehensive return policy on our website for detailed information.

Are there any fees for returns/exchanges for incorrect size or unsuitability?

There are no additional fees for returns or exchanges in cases of incorrect sizing or unsuitability. However, specific refund or exchange procedures will be outlined according to our return policy.

What payment methods does The Viet Concept accept?

We currently accept payments through: Apple Pay, MasterCard, VISA, Tabby. 

Why is the promo code not working?

Promotional codes are valid only in accordance with their terms, until the date stated, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, sale or promotion. Some codes are also only available for a single use.

What will happen if I cancel an order placed with a bank installment payments plan?

We will cancel the order and refund the complete order amount to your bank. However, please contact your bank to cancel the bank installment payments plan. In case of cancellation, the Processing Fee might not be refunded, therefore please confirm the refund policies with your bank.

How do I select a payment currency?

The currency will default to the currency of the region you are shopping from, which you can change at the bottom left hand side of the homepage. 

How do installments work?

Installment payment options are offered through Tabby, When you proceed to checkout, you'll have the opportunity to select the installment period for spreading out your payments, along with any relevant fees or interest.

For bank installment payments, how long will it take for the bank to process my request?

After you complete your order with us, it will take 2 days to send your information to your bank. An additional 3-5 working days will be taken by your bank to convert the amount into installments. A total of 5-7 days will be required for the purchase to show up on your credit card statement. If the bank installment payments plan is converted by your bank, you will also receive an SMS confirmation from them.
